hi got my op on sat-been and bought my arnica today but wasn't prepared for choice of strength got 30c??? is this right-meant to start taking it tomorrow??

also how long do you take it for afterwards??

Harley Street gave me my Arnica and i had to take them for a week b4 and a week after the op and i thought they was brilliant as i never got 1 little bruise.

I had arnica 30c..bought it from boots. I took it for 3 days before and for 3 days after, following the dosage on the tube. I had no bruising at all.

I took 6c Arnia abs they weregiven to me by the HMG. I was told to take2 three times a day oneweek before BA and continue taking them straight away after same as before for one more week. They sto brusing and help healing and GOD THEY HAVE WORKED!!! Im now 2.5wk post op (mypics on picturetrail username: natsboobs passwod: bigboobies).

just seen your pics on picturetrail and those boobs look great im havin mine done next monday,at abbey pines,manchester with ms hadden,anyway once again i bet your pround of those puppies as i know i would be or should i say will be when i get mine done,
