Hi Everyone!

Just stumbled accross this board this morning and I gotta be honest...its great!!!

Ok a litle bit about me, just so u know who I am!!

Right well I'm a 24 yr old gal originally from S Wales, but now livin in Manchester and after losing about 1.5 stone (I'm now 9 and a half ish stone and 5'4) thru quite a strict diet and a lot of exercise (My bf is a personal trainer/fitness instructor) I am still not happy with my body, well not all of it anywyas!

I'm thin on the top half (UK size 8) but i carry ALL of my weight on my hips and thighs (size 12-14) and no amount of dieting or exersize seems to sort this out. So I've been looling into lipo for a little while now and I've booked a consultation with Elyzea in Mancheester for next Monday, I'm hoping to get the procedure done by Dr Caroni, after recomendations from members of makemeheal.com.

From what I've gathered theres quite a few of you on here that have either been with Elyzea or are planning on going, I'd love to hear more from you, it's a big decision to go thru with any ps so I think its great that there are others on here to chat to!

i'm flying out to brussels on mon 17th december to elyzea for the consult & op the following day. Its getting so close now i'm getting a bit scared!

the staff at Elyzea are all great and really helpful, i've been on the phone loads asking all sorts of questions! they must be getting sick of me by now lol!

my boyfriends a personal trainer too so I know how it feels to be on a strict exercise and diet program! i dont need to lose any weight but i like feeling fit which is good! he's coming with me to brussels and we're going to look for a gym for him to use while we're there lol.....i think he's addicted!

I'm with Dr mouallem for my consult and Op and from what i've heard on here and from a friend who had him, he's really nice!

are you thinking of going to brussels for your op or are you having it in manchester!

this site has been so helpful over the past few weeks, i havent posted that much but its good to read others stories and see pics! its really put my mind more at ease!

I have also found this site really helpful and I am booked in for Lipo in brussels on 12th Dec with Lower Eyelid Surgery on 13th so will let you know when I get back, cant really say much else, consultation like any other quite brief but no different.

My op was at 10 in the morning, went on a massive eating spree in Brussels straight after, they like to see you b4 you go home but my flight out was at 6-30 in the morning so i never went, i missed my 6 week up too, i never had any problems so i never bothered, i emailed Antonia with some photos and she offerd a check up so im going on monday, i probaly wont make it, i have to walk through the main shopping center in Manchester! aaagghhh! shoppers paradise! xx
