hello everyone im new to these forums.im thinking of having a ba at transform.
ive made a appt for the 11th jan at the manchester central clinc.

i just wondered will i get to meet a surgeon there and then?

also can i request a particular doctor? as ive heard good reports about mr russo and mr singh.

also will i have my op the the manchester central clinic or at the abbey pines hospital?

if anyone has had any of these surgeons or can recommend one id really appreciate it.

any advice/info will be glady recieved

Hi,
I had my op at Abbey Pines last saturday with Mr Clarke.
He was one of the most friendliest men I've met. Really explained everything to me and answered any questions easily. He is appareantly known to be 'the king of scars' and so far I can only agree. I've got the neatest line which will heal even better than it looks now.
In my consultation I had a chat with a lady who talks you through it first and then you go to see the surgeon. You can request a particular surgeon but I think you would need to do this when you book your conusultation as it was part and parcel of that.
I'm not entirely sure if the do ops at manchester Central but I've got a feeling from something a nurse said to me that everyone goes to Abbey Pines for the actual op.
So far my experience with transform has been fab. I had a worry about something and they just told me to call by and I saw a doctor within minutes- -everything is fine though.

so did if you dont request a particular doctor you just get whoevers avaliable???is that correct???wot size where you before???and what size have you gone up to if you dont mind me asking.

where you in much pain?how long from consultation to the actual op??? and did you pay for the op in full???i was thinking of paying half upfront and the other half on the 12 mths finance intrest free.

did you stay in the night or did you go home the same day???

also will i still be able to breast feed and how do you go on about checking your breasts for lumps/cancer etc,can you still feel them through the implants???
