i was a 32a/b and i had 315/335cc low profile overs at Elyzea in Brussels had a great experience with them! I'm now 11 days post op. I'm hoping i'll be a 32d, bought a white sports bra from bhs the other day in that size and it fits perfect so i'm hoping they're not still that swollen!
