"Zip up / button up tops - definately!!" Posted by bluemidget 17 April at 15:41
hi, i couldnt get a top over my head for a week, and it was a couple of weeks b4 i could get a tight one on without help. i did have unders tho - i dont know which youre having. Take a baggy zip up jacket and just wear that to go home with nothing but a bra underneath( if you have to wear one), or a zip up cardi. i know when you have any surgery you have to remove all nail varnish so i presume its the same with nails. i think they check the colour of under your nails when youre knocked out - maybe someone with more medical knowledge might give you more details.
good luck! suz x

I had mine done in london at the abbey pines London heath. They told me that i wasnt allowed to go home straight away but after the op my surgeon came round and said i could go home so 2 hrs later i went home... Then went shopping. that was the friday, sat morn i went to get measured in M&S and got my support bra. I got a bra that was like a t-shirt bra no seams which looks better with clothes. I was a 36B before i had 525cc high profile implants now i am a 36F i did ask to be a DD but after the swelling went down i am still a 36F but because i am only a size 8 i seem all boobs, They take getting used to.
Feel free to ask any questions.
