I had my BA nearly 8 weeks ago, went from a 36AA to 36C with 300cc unders. At first mine were alot smaller then than I expected. The muscle needed to accept the implants into my body, and when this happend the muscle started to release the implant and then my boobs got bigger, have now been told could end up being a D cup, which is great as I only asked for a C. If I do stay as I am a C cup I will be more than happy. Was so stressed out the first 6 weeks, it's only the last couple of weeks that things have started to soften and look more natural and I'm loving them now. I too have heard it can take up to 6 months for the final result, but like most of us ladies I wanted the result instant. Give yourself just another couple of weeks and I promise you will start to see a great change. You will be loving your boobs!

thanks for youre reply...when i had my four week check up last friday the nurse told me i wasnt goin to get bigger just that the implants move inwards,so now im confused i have arranged to see my surgeon tom..see what hes got to say.i hope youre right

Hi, the way it was explained to me was when the implants are first in they are very high and quite flat, then as they fall into their "pocket" they fill out, so the implant won't increase in size but will change shape and become more fuller. You imagine holding the implant in your hand, squeeze it tight (as your muscle is doing at the moment) then as you release the your fist slowly the implant has room to "fluff out" ie more softer, bouncier and more volume!!

I wouldnt worry just yet, from what ive read it can take up to 6 months,even longer for your boobs to settle with unders. I know some one who had unders 7 weeks ago and hers are still getting bigger x
