Hi again!

Does anyone know of any effective and recommended scar reduction Creams, Gels and/or Sheets?

I've heard bio-oil is very good, but does anyone know of any others?

I've checked out some online, but so far i've only come across those which are exclusively available in the US.

Suggestions and experiences of those tried and tested appreciated!

Thanks!

Alyssa x

I had a Breast Uplift a few years ago. I can barely see my scars now. I used a very thick very sticky vit E gel. I don't know what make but I assume any similar products will be as effective. Also I found that eating food such as red peppers, lots of water and foods rich in vit c and e very good. (soya, olive oil). Get yourslef a Vit E supplement from a health food shop.
Also, I found that after drinking alcohol the scars became more red, so tryv avoiding alcohol for a while as the alcohol aggravates it.
This worked for me and I can honestly say that you can't tell I have scars unless you know or look very closely.
Hope that helps!

Ps; If you don't mind me asking, did you have unders or overs? what were you measurements before and after? and finally what CC did you have?

Sorry for all the questions. I posted a thread for you a few days ago, but realised you may not of been on here for a while.

Hope all is well!

Hi
Boots do silicone scar reduction sheets as well as cream. I too looked into them but when i asked my ps about them he said that he would give me some, which he did. Not sure if they are the same thing or not to be honest but he said they work x

Bio-Oil is about the best, but there's a good product from Decleor called Tonilastil. My friend used it when pregnant with twins and didnt get a single stretch mark. Brilliant on scars too.
