hi all am 11 days post op now, am having a night out tonight and dont really want to wear my support bra which ive got to wear night and day for 6weeks, would it be ok if i wore a normal bra for my night out, also whilst measuring myself ive dropped a cup size wheres it gone lol!!!!!! do u know of any good websites for measuring ureself just for me to double check, il be gutted paying all that money and only gone to 1 cup size, can i have my money back lol

Hi, I know what you mean about the bra on a night out. I went to Matalan the other day and bought a non wired soft moulded cup bra.....its was 4 pounds, and buy one yet one free!!! Best of all because it's lightly padded they look huge! They also have a nice rounder shape cause i dunno about you but i find the sports bra gives me the 'missiles' look! Not attractive. So get yourself to Matalan and get one of those, but make sure you only wear it for a short period of time cos it really isn't as supportive as your sports bra.

i bought a bra from asda to wear for my night out was £5 it was a little padded with good support i felt comfortable in it and everyone said i looked nice, but was glad to take it off and put support bra on when i got home u dont realise how much them support bra support u if u know what i mean lol. anyway enjoyed my night and was nice to show my new boobies too lol so back to my missiles now for another 4weeks lol

just wondering if anyone has had a BA with Mr Keramidas from the Harley Medical Group? I am having mine on Sunday 5th Aug. and am really nervous. Anyone else having one soon?

Also is it recommended to take arnica before?

Hi Lexylou, I also had a BA with Mr Keramidas from the Harley Medical Group. I went in the 5th Aug at Highgate and though only 3 days on, the results look good. I had a bad day yesterday pain wise, but I have been drinking plenty of water, taking the arnica and following his instruction sheet. I ahve gone from B to D what about you, how are you doing?

Hiya, good to hear from you. I had mine on the same day as you. I was last that day at 6pm. I have been waking up in lots of pain but throughout the day they are fine. I am drinking lots of water too, but I didnt get an aftercare sheet, is there anything I should know?? I have gone from a 34AA to a C with 290cc's. What size implant did you have? I cant believe we were there together!
