oh hello, in the same situation sweetie,im 11 days post op,i stopped the gym 10 days before the op so the muscles would relax a bit as i had unders,i usually go 4/5 days a week doing cardio and weights,and really love it....its been a nightmare not being able to go,and im dreaming of the tredmill Mmmmmmmm. i was told light excercise after 6 weeks so tredmill (walking),cycle,and skier,but without the arms...no rowing yet,and no weight for 3 months. hope this helps? OMG i cant wait!! shani xx
