Are you going with Transform Manchester? If so I have an email address for Elaine Gilbert I think she is a patient co-ordinator, not sure??.. but I always got a reply from her.

I've never tried emailing them myself but I'd suggest you just give them a call. They're generally nice ppl and they're there to assist you.

I emailed and then they started calling, I 'hid' from the calls for a couple of weeks. Then one day answered. So glad I did
I spoke to Jackie the patient co-ordinator. It's a quick call so don't worry.
I met Jackie for a consultation last friday, she's really lovely.
Now I'm seeing Mr Traynor on Monday!
