Any tips or advice anyone can give to ask the surgeon. I have a 27" rib cage and am a 32AA post 2 breast fed kids. I want a small C cup been offered 250 or 280cc how do I choose? Someone said the high profile anatomical might be better for me. Has anyone had them? Anyone used the West London Clinic?

I had Nick percival, and i am 2 weeks post op. Like you i have 27" rib cage and was a full 34A. I wanted to be a full C/small D cup and Nick suggested 280cc for a c cup or 320 for D. At first i went with the 280 as i was scared about being too big. 1 week before though i changed my mind as Nick says most people wish they had gone bigger. So i have 320cc and they are the perfect size. i am a large C cup now. It's amazing how quickly you get used to the size and they are also quite a bit smaller than when you do the rice test.
The west London clinic were amazing, everything was so professional and the aftercare has been brilliant, the scars already look good, Nick did a brilliant job. Also i was so surprised about the lack of pain/swelling and no bruising(probably due to all the painkillers they give you to take home and i used arnica and ate lots of pineapple which is supposed to help!), i only took 5 days off work as well.

I read his credentials and thought he sounded perfect. I have to say I found him extremely unfriendly and not terribly pleasant. I had been to see 2 others before him and was going for a last opinion. He seemed the most technically experienced, and seemed to say the right things for the procedure. The others had recommended 150cc and 215cc I wanted a 32C from 32A, he recommended 250 or 280cc anatomical. I had them at the West London Clinic 5 days ago. They were all very nice there, although its an odd place, not really a hospital more a clinic. Didn't like him at all, he seemed very unconcerned with me as an individual, like he's done it so many times before. However he's done a pretty good job, have to say I'm very pleased with the result. I was advised by the others to take 2 weeks off work. I have felt fantastic from day 2, no pain at all, no brusing, very perky, and felt like a piece of cake. Obviously the result of a highly experienced surgeon.

Good luck, it was worth it I feel lovely already, I feel sexy again. Its great. T
