Hi everyone im new to here & i just have to ask someone do breast implants look & feel real ? i have been thinking of haveing mine done for a few years now & would want then to look & feel real (not like foot balls & as hard as bicks)sorry to ask but i just dont no anyone with them.

i had mine done 5years ago and its very soft and looks so natural and its cant tell if is fake.my husband loves them and said its his babies!.

I had my BA 9 weeks ago. My husband says they are firmer but in a good way! I think there's another few weeks/months to go until they soften up properly but no way do they feel hard as bicks!! As for whether they look real, there's lots of people on here who will happily let you have a look at their pics and you can then see for yourself. pm me if you want to see mine.

Well it depends how much breast tissue you have already, because you can hide the implant under that if you have a good bit anyway. I went from nothing to having boobs so i'm happy whatever way; compared to feeling mates' boobs, id say they are firmer, but no guy has said to me "are your boobs fake" so i guess they can't tell the difference, it's just us being picky! after about a year they apparently become very much like real breast tissue; i've had mine for 5 months. As for looks, well it depends what you get, i went for as natural as possible and everyone says they look real
