Hello! I wrote my letter and posted it on the 27th Feb and I got a response on the 29th Feb. It's from their conformance manager, looks like a basic letter saying they will investigate my complaint, have to look at my medical notes and aim to resolve the matter in 20 days.

I shall keep you all posted, although I may need help if they ask me to go in and see them. I will bottle it face to face.

Oh no sorry i bet your werent happy after paying that money! What size where you before? What size cc did you have and unders or overs? Who did it? Im having Dr Khan 340 or 380 overs not sure what profile to go with? Im 34b just about and want to be a DD to im scared now x

You're half way there now! I am sure they will ask to see you and you need to arm yourself with any questions so you don't freeze. Take someone with you to support you too.
