Hi
I don't know about Transform but I had twilight at Elyzea. It's basically a much lighter form of anaesthetic and you breathe unaided (ie no tube down the throat). I was asleep through all of mine but have heard some people wake up towards the end then drift back to sleep. You're totally calm if you do wake up so it's not a problem. The recovery is much easier - once I woke up, the nurse sat me up, put on the lovely support bra and then I walked back to my room.
I was pretty scared about the idea of twilight beforehand but am now a big convert!

hi. i think its where you have a lighter anesthetic and are in a deep sleep rather than being knocked out so to speak..... supposed to leave you feeling much better afterwards!
