hiya,thanx for letting me have a look at your pics.WOW.you must be well chuffed,they look FAB.i hope mine turn out like yours.do you find your sports bra suffocating,ive taken my 32e back and exchanged it for a 34dd as it held me so tight i felt like i couldnt breath,and have heard you are a little bloated after op.but the 34dd doesnt feel much better.

Yes the sports bra is really tight don't think tho if i go up a band it will help, gonna try a 34f tomorrow and see how it feels. The lady in m&s today said they are designed to hold you really firmly so may get a bigger cup to be less restricted, after all were not getting on the treadmill yet are we!

they look amazing! bet you are so pleased with them. I think you are right about size 380 will be plenty big enough for me! Are you still im much pain? just wondering as have seen that some have been in pain for quite a long time after surgery! just wondering weather to wait till winter go for it sooner.

no i am in no pain now at all, just the odd twinge now and then but had no painkillers since about day 3.

Go for it! I think 380cc is a good size. My friend having 380s next tues too she is prob a c up so will prob be a DD. Shes having low profile tho I had high profile which helped give me a slight uplift effect.
