I know that they do do this treatment in the UK as ive heard they do it at the body perfect clinic in Nottingham. have a look at bodyperfectclinic.com and you will see the before and after pictures. its a fantasic way to increase your breast size without surgery and you can be seen by harley street doctors so you know you are being seen by someone who knows what they are doing.

SOUNDS LIKE A BITTER EX-EMPLOYEE!!. I had SmartLipo treatment last week and did all my research. Both doctors are fully registered with the GMC (General Medical Council) since 1997 and are UK graduates. When I went for my consultation I saw all their training certificates and the registration with the Health Care Commission. I was able to speak to other patients before coming for my treatment. They really looked after me and I also met other patients and read their testimonials. They were kind and transparent.

io sono Italiano (e mezza Cinese)! mi scusi per Italiano male- parlo italiano un poco poco!
so i shall speak in English instead!
Macrolane is a temporary measure for breast enlargement - it is NOT permanent. It is also a very expensive route to breast enlargement as it costs almost £3,000 for the initial procedure and then approximately £1,500 for top up procedures which you will need every year.
It is not suitable for women whos breasts are A/B cup sizes.
Hope that helps? La fortuna buona con la sua ricerca.
Spero che tu hai una pasqua felice!

tu hai molto bene Inglese paragonato a il mio italiano!
Macrolane (without prothesis) is not suitable for small breasted women because the acid works best when there is some breast tissue to work with.
Perhaps there is rippling when Macrolane is used with a prothesis because the acid reacts with the prothesis? I am not sure. But I do think that it is a better option to go for a regular breast augmentation! You know exactly what is going into your breast and the effects it will give!
tu considera Macrolane di prendere?

No I have not had a breast augmentation as I am a natural 30F! Very large already! But I know a lot about all types of Cosmetic Surgery. I have had liposuction though.
As you did not have any breast tissue at all before your surgery, it means you are more likely to have rippling as there is less breast tissue to cover the prosthesis. Unfortunately it also means that Macrolane is not an option for you (spiacente!)
What type of prosthesis do you have? Silicone? Saline? Perhaps you should see your surgeon about getting a different type of prosthesis - I believe textured silicone is less likely to cause rippling.

There are not many qualified surgeons in the UK who can carry out the Macrolane procedure as it has only just finished being trialed. I had 150cc put into my breast in February and went from a small 32B to a very generous 32DD. They only guarantee results of 1-1.5 cup sizes, but I did have a lot of breast tissue to work with (I've had large breasts, but they suffered greatly after breastfeeding 2 children). If you are in the London area, I can recommend London Bridge Plastic Surgery Clinic. Alternatively there are clinics popping up all over the place, but choose carefully.

Hi There
I was wondering how you got on with your Macrolane as I am going next week and wondered whether your breasts had softened. I must admit I am abit concerned. Did you have Chris Inglefield. I would really like to hear your comments. ~Thanks LS

Cristina, I had the Macrolane procedure done two weeks ago in London. I started as a small B and am now a very full B, small C.
I am still in the recovery process so the Macrolane is still very firm, not soft yet. The shape is also not very natural looking. Too high and rounded. But this should improve in the next 2 to 4 weeks.
Please ask me any question you like.
