Hi All,
I wrote a letter to Transform 3 weeks ago about how unhappy I was with the results of my surgery (size - not big enough) and they wrote back to say they aim to resolve this issue in 20 days and will contact me once they've looked at my notes.

I already HAD my 10-week check-up scheduled with my surgeon for 19th March. I've had no response from them yet about what they're prepared to do/not do.

So when I go tomorrow I won't know if my surgeon knows about my unhappiness, or how to handle it.

What can I SAY to my surgeon to let him know I want a re-op? They're just not a suitable size for my shape/build.

Help!

Hello sophes82, and anyone else reading this.

My wife was told before her breast enlargement operation that she had one boob larger than the other, she and I both knew that she didn't, but we trusted the Surgeon's judgement.

He placed an inplant in my wife's left boob, and placed a larger inplant in my wife's right boob to make up for the original mis-match ( which there wasn't )

He was wrong, my wife now has one boob larger than the other.

I put a request into Transform to Karen Jones ( Practice Manager ) for my wife's pre-operation pohotographs and notes, she made us wait for over 3 months to give us my wife's pre-op pictures, it is now April 8th 2008 and we still have not received all of my wifes pre-op notes.

She will be having her correction surgery next month.

Once they have had your money, they don't give a toss about you.

The secret to getting what you want is not to be nice to these people when you have a complaint, if you go back there all nicey nicey, they will not take you seriously and will think that you are weak.

You must speak assertively and loud and show your anger towards them, this is the only way that these people will take notice of you.

I had BA with transform and wasnt happy with size, shape and the fact that they were rock hard! went back to see surgeon who told me i had Capsular contraction of the 2nd highest degree but wasnt prepared to operate without me paying for him to do it again!

Totally disgusted with this company, wouldnt go back to them again if they paid me! Since had BA redone elsewhere and very happy with the result, just wish they were done peoperly 1st time as since learnt that due to poor surgical technic they were messed up first time round and not done to CC as Transform had told me.

In the process of legal action at the moment to try and get some money back off Transform.

hi ive been back to see mr traynor tonight i told him im not happy with the size of my breast. i was a c cup before and wanted to be at least a dd they are only a d so they not the size i asked for. he was ok when i told him and he said he cant say waether i have a re op i have to wright the letter of complaint,, please help what did you put in your latter and how long did it take foe the, to respond.

tell he your very unhappy with them that you have wrote to transform and waiting for them to reply most good surgeons will listen to you what size are you now then?and what size did you want to be? i went with transform mr.singh did mine so i was lucky enough to get good results hes a excellent surgeon no complaints so far x

I was a 38A and now I'm a 40C. I asked for at least a D. But when you have absolutely NO boobs how are you supposed to know what CUP size specifically will be perfect for you. I went off his recommendations and they're still not suitable for my frame. I'm worried he'll just tell me I'm being melodramatic.
Any tips on what I can say to him?

40c is equivalent to 38d.

yes well i was only 34a now im 32e/f so if one surgeon can make me bigger from having pancakes why couldnt he of done that to yours?i had pancakes before lol just tell him your very unhappy that you wanted to be at least a d cup whats the point of paying all that money to hardly of made a differnce tell him your more depressed with the results than you wasbefore the op if u got aftercare which i know u can with transform u are entilted to having another surgeon and op to get you the result you want mr.singh would get u sorted lol who was your surgeon btw?do you have sum points hun?sorry to be noseyx

I just think they're going to say no i can't have a re-op, and i'll have to save for absolute years and years again to pay for another operation. My surgeon was Mr. Traynor.
What do you mean by 'do you have some points'?
I don't mind you being nosey, I need as much help as I can.
What if they say 'well you have bigger boobs than you did before'?

point of paying all that money did u tell the surgeon that u wanted to be at least a d cup ?i honestly think their re do it for you transform arent like the hospital group i bet when u express your concerns the the surgeon he consider re doing them ive never know anyone to have problems with the aftercare with transform do u have any pics so i can see?

when i was paying i said that i wanted to be at least a DD and to have my shape in proportion. but it's not written down anywhere, that's my concern. it's all just spoken-word. so they don't have anything to deny!

ok hun thanks im sure he will listen to you though as they have to much to lose and im pretty sure they dont want their name dragged through the mud and like i say they are not like the hospital group with their complaints and aftercare they are usually very gux
