| Thread started by: | "Sports bra at night still" Posted by browny29 3 April at 09:34
Hi girls not posted for a while but I am now 12 weeks post op and I was wondering if anybody else at a similiar stage or beyond felt uncomfortable sleeping at night without a bra still - I find it really uncomfortable but not sure if its because all big boobed girls need a little support at night or if its because I'm still healing even tho its three months on?

Hiya,
Im 5 months post op and still sometimes wear a sports bra in bed (much to my boyfriends dismay! haha). I would say you will be fully healed by now but i know that sometimes for me i just like to feel that they are in place and its quite comfy wearing a sports bra and gives you a bit of security. My advice would be to just keep doing what feels comfortable for you
All the best,
Mary x

I haven't had mine yet but was told by my care co-ordinator that it would be a good idea to wear a sports bra at night for ever. As she said, you have spent a lot of money on them best to protect your assets!
