hey!
i started taking them today, they have certainly stopped me craving food! I feel a bit spaced out, but only slightly... so good so far. Hope to see some results soon!
I decided to start taking them cos i put on about half a stone after my ba (not being able to go to the gym but still stuffing my face, lol) Dont plan on staying on them too long.x

Hiya Hun,
Me n my Dh are using these at the min they are fab, only started em last week my hubby has lost about 4lbs already and i dont know how much ive lost cos i only bought a set of scales yesterday lol!! My friend used them and she went from a size 14 to a size 8.

on finally booking it...its nerve wracking and exciting at the same time isn ... ?
I've got my 25th April and would love to lose 7 or 8 lbs in that time if I could.x
