Hi I had this problem about 3 weeks ago it felt like really bad sunburn when I touch or any fabric touched them and I was having a little feel around and some milk actually came out of my breast. Obviously I was at bit worried because I thought it might be an infection so I phone my surgeon up. He told me it was quite normal he did make me laugh though he said if you sqeezed most womens breasts you get milk out if you done it long enough. He told me to try Lanacane or an antihistamine. I found the antihistamine was a bit better (Piroton) as it made me feel a bit drowsy so I slept a bit more better at night. Im coming up for 6 weeks post op and feel fine at the moment but do get the odd twinges Im still numb underneath though.
