Hey Girls,

Really need your help, i need names and experiences of excellent surgeons and companies you girlies are using.

To cut a long story short i was gonna go with mr sterne of mybreast...first consultation i had with him was great felt he was really helpful and understanding of what i want to achieve and believed mybreast was the company i wanted to go through. Tonight i went for my second consultation to confirm sizes and placement and he was vile...horrible man, no patience and incrediby rude..practically ushered me and my mum out the door within minutes even though i had to wait 40mins to see him as he was running behind schedule, and previously had to wait 2 & 1/2 hours on first consult. On my first consultation was advised i could have 410 or 500cc tonight was told 385cc or 450cc-i'm so confused, disappointed and upset as i really want b.a but feel like i'm back to the beggining and gotta start the surgeon search all over again.

I would not use mybreast or mr sterne on principle!!!!!!

Please help me...either pm me or reply via forum your advice will be much appreciated

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident with Mr Sterne .... it's a shame he has blackened your view of the My Breast company .... I had my BA done through them (7th April) & I would recommend them to anyone as I personally had a really good experience with them. I suppose alot of that comes down to a great surgeon I was lucky enough to have (Mr Ivan Foo) .... He couldn't have been more helpful if he had tried .... Like you, I have had to wait when attending my 1st and 2nd consultations as he was running late, but that in my opinion, says alot. He took ages to explain everything in such great detail ..... the last thing I felt was rushed .... I remember on my first consultation, a nurse said to me: Mr foo is known to take ages in theatre as he is a perfectionist with his stitches, which of course, was great news to hear

Does one bad apple really spoil the whole bunch? .... it's shouldn't do .... but that is up to you .... I hope you find yourself a great surgeon

you have to see her!
she is amazing and really knows what she is talking about. she has a website just type it into your browser and habe a peak. i have had no doubts since i saw her and had ba on wed. still sore and very swollen. had 325cc unders with anatomicals coz wanted to improve shape. i couldnt possibly be happier with a surgeon she really knows her stuff. if your not local to the midlands then you may want to try Dr Viel at highgate st. i have a friend that has gone to him and she is very happy, but i think he is more expensive.

I had olympia hadden at Transform in manchester. She is a lovely woman and has done a great job on ne. I had uplift and implants.

She spends lots of time with you in consultation and explains everything. She also won't do anything that won't look right.

Abbey Pines is great too.

... Mr mahdi did my BA in March. I'm based in the midlands too but I travelled up to Leeds for my consultation and had surgery in Manchester. It's worth the travelling for him because he really is very good. He also gave me his email and I must have emailed him about 4 times and I always got a promt reply. Maybe you should have a consultation with him and see what you think. xxx

I would definately recommend MYA. Ive not yet had mine done, but my surgeon is Mr Mahdi, and he is an excellent one, Ive been told. Most of the ladies at MYA get theirs done by him. He's very professional and spent absolutely ages going thru the 3 pages of questions I had for him. Even after having my consultation, he gave me his email for any questions I had in the interim, and he was very prompt in replying. Im sure lots of the girlies on here will tell you how fab Mr Mahdi is

Thats the second recommendation i've had so he must be fab where is he based? i'm from midlands.

Yea he travels all over the place. He was telling me he even goes abroad a lot to do them. Im booked to have it done on June 30th, but really dont think I can wait that long, so I have tried changing my date. I'm just too excited lol

not sure were he is based but i no he travels around. i went to see him at newcastle in march and he is not back in newcastle till june, thats when i see him next. he really is fab
