I have just replied to another lady in the same position as me, but have decided to post myself as need help with my own decission. Mr Meleagos at Transform is my first consultation and i am also not sure what to do. I didnt want big breasts, just nice normal size. I was a D to a DD cup when i had kids and was over weight, but now iam 5'6 size 8/10 and 9 stone 7 and a saggy B cup. He has recommended overs as he says best to fill the loose skin, but surprised me with size he recommends. He said minimum is really 410 grams and said he really thinks i should consider the 460 or 525 grams as he said i could still end up with not filling the skin if not and the bigger the implant the better my result. Trouble is i dont want to be all boobs and top heavey so im split on what to do now. Go smaller and not being happy as still have loose skin, or filling them up with larger implants as advised and looking like flipping Dolly Parton. I tried implants in the bra he gave me and even felt huge with 410's in, yet he is recommending them as the minimum size and really thinks 460 and above. Im so confused what to do. I have read not to go by just putting impants in bra as its not a good reflection really, and also read that they never seems as big when implanted. I just dont want to end up something like a E F cup but want the best looking result. I asked Mr Meleagos, 'dont i look daft and all boobs', he said i think they r ok, but maybe he likes big boobs. Has anyone else had loose skin after kids that needed re-filling, started out a B cup and had 410 to 525 implanted, if so what size did you end up, although i know this isnt an exact science as everyone is different. I just cant see how if i go with the 460 how i wont be bigger than a D cup. Please help with my decision girls.

I went to MYA hoping to have just implants. 5'5" size 8,8.5 stone. Was told to fill all my loose skin (boobs had gone from a full C to empty) I would need a 460 grams implant at least and may still have sagging. Surgeon suggested that as I did not want huge but natural breasts I should have an anchor uplift with 300 grams under implants. Had them done on the 8th April, really happy with the size and position etc but they are still far apart and painful. Glad I did not go any bigger they would not have suited my frame, and I did'nt want to be big just wanted them in the right place again. Hope that helps.

I had 475cc round unders last Friday (18th) at Elyzea. I was 32B/C (empty) before and was quite shocked at PS suggesting this size, but decided he knows best and let him decide! I was told if I wanted smaller implants I would need an uplift!! I'm now wearing 32D sports bra I'm 5'8, size 10, 9st10. It's only over last few days I've liked them cos I hated them at first but they're settling in nicely now and, when I've got clothes on, look very "real"!! Still a bit high when naked but it's very early days!! I'm now very happy I let the surgeon decide as I would have been disappointed otherwise...

I am like you size 8. 5ft 5ins. 7stone 12lb. 26inch rib cage.

I have had 380cc silicone overs low profile. Have breast fed 3 kids last one for 18mths as she couldnt eat solids !!! so pleanty of loose skin tissue. I had gone to a 40 bust after the kids, then deflated 32c. Now Im 32dd/e. Dont look it though. All the girls on here will tell you the size dd/e sounds huge but dont look it?

Im in for a re-op because of rippling next month. Now am going for 470cc. I will give you my password so you can see.

I'm 5'6" size 12 about 10.5 stone, i'm a 34b and have breastfed 2 children so they're pretty empty. I asked for around d/dd and Mr Lahoud at Transform suggested 380's. Not sure if this helps or hinders but I thought it might give some idea!

Hi Similar stats to you, currently a 34b but no loose skin to take up, want to be D cup and I have been recommended 385cc overs, dont know if that is any help?

if i were u id go for a consulation with a couple of other places just to see what they suggest, but dont mention what you have already been advised.

Because you want to feel comfortable with your surgeon and what they recommend, I would def go out and have some other consultations to find the one who is right for you.

I am in a simular position to you, I am a 34 d bit a deflated one! I haven't yet met my surgeon but the last one I saw said I needed 410cc and it would take me up two sizes! I am meeting mine on the 8th May and having my ba on the 11th May so Two weeks today I will be having it!!!!! I will let you know how I get on but I be someone who has had their ba can help more!

hi my surgeon showed me loads of pics of girls that had 380s. some had saggy c cup boobs and the 380s only took them to a d. however he told me he thought 380s on my tiny A boobs would be to big. i opted for it anyway and have ended up a dd. he told me that because the girls he was showing me had loose skin they needed a big implant to fill the skin they allready have as it hides behind it.
i think 460 does not sound to big at all since you have loose skin. and do remember fake boobs dont look as big and most girls wish they had went bigger. i would have if i could have.
