i have booked a consultation with Mr Khan soon, but i have been told i am wasting my time going to see him as if you have had kids and have some loose skin that needs refilling, he will not do it and will only ever say he will do an uplift with implants. If his stance is to always insist on an uplift then i may as well not go, as another surgeon has already told me, i could have an uplift if i think im not happy with look of breasts but that also my boobs arnt sooooooo saggy that i MUST have an uplift, that its my choice. Has anyone here with loose, unfilled skin, ever had Mr Khan just put implants in without insisting on an uplift too?

I have had 3 kids. Had Mr Khan do mine in January. I mentioned to him about my "boob droop" lol. he said I didnt need a lift as it wasnt that bad for the op & scars?
So I had 380cc overs low profiles.

I am not having Mr Khan but I have a little loose skin the the man I saw said that if your nipple is above the creese under your boob then you don't need an uplift! It make sense, so I guess it depends on the surgoen.
