i replied earlier, but just to recap - i was 34d before babies, brest fed gained loads of weight adn had two babies , i was left with 2 emply skin bags - ergh! size 32/4 b. i have ahd 300cc unders and am measuring a 34dd at the mo , only had them done last week and I expect to go down to a 'd' after that hopefully not too much smaller. i am5' 4'' and size 8-10, i certainly don't look top heavy but i look completely different naked now - very pleased at the mo. last week i was really doubting i had done the right thing.Are you ahving an uplift too?

When i had kids and was overweight too i was about 38 D. I am now only 5ft 6inch and a size 10, 34B cup. I didnt really want to be bigger than a D cup max now as i dont want to look top heavy, just in proportion. Mr Meleagos has advised a minimum of 410 grams (donno if its even the same as cc's??) and really suggests the 460 grams would fill me better still. I felt huge with these sizes in the bra he gave me though. So if you are about the same stats as me with ex D cup skin to fill, what size implants did you have and what size did it take you too, and do you feel top heavy, or are you pleased.

hi I think we have the same situation- i ahve just had 300cc unders and am now a 34DD (it was only last week) they will be smaller over the months but expect to be 32/4 D at the end.I also had an uplift as I was very droopy

Thanks for all the replies, i shall ponder some more lol. I also find it strange that i was told that to fill an empty breast that was mainly loose skin, and had to have a large implant to re-fill, that it HAD to be overs, yet some of you are saying partial unders were done. Isnt this a mine field, making the right decision!!

Hi, I was the same as you. had 4 kids and ended up a pretty saggy 36b cup.
Had 410 unders done 6 months ago and am now a 34e.

I was 34 B pre op, i had 390 overs on the 12th april and am currently 34DD, and they look fantastic (well to me anyway) much improved..

Im 5ft 9" and size 10 I have a little boy and I was a 34B I had 290cc and I think I will be around 34C/D I am wearing a 34D aports bra now so I am yet to be measured But I think I will be around a C cup and I am happy with mine.

Hi, I was pretty much same stats as you, a touch taller. I think up to around a 38DD when breastfeeding at first. My first child is now 13 and I got stretch marks with him and loose skin and basically just got worse with the next 2 children who were also breastfed. I guess I just don't have very elastic skin!

I had 410 partial unders in on wed 23rd April. I wasn't so bothered about what size I would be but that I wouldn't have any more loose skin, the loose skin made the strech marks look even worse. They seemed massive when I first saw them after surgery, especially when I sat up as they were so swollen and high on top, and at the moment I feel like I am breastfeeding, you know how you get that full, achey feeling, but I guess it's early days yet.

Have settled slightly already, I never wanted to be really big, would hate having my chest looked at all the time! So fingers crossed I have just the right size when all settles down.

I have pics on picture trail. Don't forget if, like mine your nipples point left and right, then the will do exactly the same after implants, and if you have a gap in between before then again you still will have after implants.

The left one has been more swollen since day 1.

It is really, really difficult to decide the size, it's a big life change. I didn't really decide properly until I spoke to surgeon again just before surgery, and I agreee, trying the implants under a bra just looks ridiculous, but does give you a bit of an idea. I went for the bigger size, 410 rather than 380, as my surgeon said my frame could easily take it, it is only a slight difference between the 2 sizes.

Sorry to go on and on but I know what a difficult decision it is to make.

I breastfed my son and have some skin to fill. I am 5ft6, 9st and a size 10 and currently an emptyish 34B. I am having 250cc and 300cc (different sizes) and hoping this to take me to a large C/D. I am booked in for 26th June.

Hiya, I was similar stats to you pre-op, had 335 overs and am now 32F. It sounds a lot bigger than it looks though, and no, I don't feel top heavy. I had not planned to go as big as this, but now really glad I did!

well i'm 5,4 8st 8lb and was a 32A had 350cc unders and went to a 32DD(they don't look it cos r still at pointy stage but that's what they measure).i'm perfectly in proportion now and i'll be very happy with them when they round out a bit.

i've got 3 girls and breastfed them all and was a stone heavier and a 34C/D while breastfeeding. my boobs shrunk loads and i did have loose skin, fair enough not loads but my boobs had sagged and i had skin to fill out.

as ur bigger than me i would have thought 410+ would be fine for u. have u tried the rice test? cos that was pretty accurate with me.(use a baby bottle to measure it)
