I'd say it's normal. i had overs and at 5wks post op still hv no feeling in my right boob below the nipple at all. i can pinch that area and everything and....nothing, just numb.
i found wk 2 the worst. nipple sensitivity was terrible and the sides of my boobs burned constantly for about 5 days.
there's lots of ups and downs with the healing process. just hang on in there.

Is it still normal for most of my breasts to be completely numb? My nipples are regaining a bit of sensitivity but apart from that...nothing!

I have a feeling that the skin that is directly 'above' the incision, from the crease of the breast, upwards to just under the areola is numb because the nerves have been severed. I was warned before my BA, that that area of skin would probably be numb afterwards, & sure enough, it is. I am doubtful the feeling will ever return, but it's not of any major importance to me to be honest.
