Hi everyone

i just wanted to write because i've been reading through hundreds of posts over the past week and i've noticed that the majority of people have unders.
Does anyone have any overs i could see photos of?

i am a 32b (small) and want to be a 32d and the surgeon i am going with (Dr Shaikh - Linia Health Care) and he suggested 270cc overs.
But now i am worried that they will look fake i did stress to him that i wanted them to look as natural and in proportion as possible.

So my main questions are...

will 270cc overs take me to a 32d?
And
will they look seriously fake and round because they are overs?

oh.. and does anyone have photos i could look at?

I am having overs next month and I was worried about the 'fakeness' of them. But after looking at many before and after pictures I am confident that this is the right option for me. I think that they look really fake if you don't have much tissue there in the first place, in which case unders are usually reccomended. But if you like me already have a bit of tissue then they won't look as fake.

On the other popular breast surgery forum, lookyourbest, they recently had a survey that revealed that the majority of women have overs.

I had overs 6 wks ago and I love 'em. Thought i'd have to have unders and had set my mind on that but 3/5 ps's said i'd be best off with overs so that's what i had.

Mine look very natural. i had 380cc overs from 32a/aa taking me to 32dd/e & 30f.

I have 365cc overs almost 2 weeks ago! They don't look fake at all...I started a saggy B from losing weight and am now D...a friend of mine had them about the same cc as you also overs as she doesn't look fake at all! I'd listen to the surgeon as it depends on what you already have! Posh spices look so fake I imagine as she is so damn thin! + overs heal faster and are less painful!

I had overs a week ago and they are starting to look really natural already !! I must admit they didnt when I came out of theatre !! The one has dropped lovely and the other is dropping slowly I think they will look great in a few weeks. They are just like the boobs I used to have pre-children. I was really worried as I was told to have 525cc's and I really thought they would look like 2 foot balls stuck on me, but honestly they dont.
