Title says it all really!
I'd kill to get my nose re-shaped, but its out of the question moneywise, so was hoping to apply to Extreme Makeover!
Anybody know where Is should start looking?

I've programmed the whole series and that's all I've been watching lately! However, you might not get in with just a nose job - they usually have the lot! Boob jobs, tummy tucks, eyelid reductions, eyebrow lifts, face lifts...
There is a link of the Extreme Makeover series and at the bottom of the home page you can click on how to take part I think.
