9 months on...still getting sharp pains??

Hi ladies,

I'm 9 months post op now and my left breast as always been numb since the op and I mean basically no feeling what so ever in the nipple and numbness under and around the breast. 9 months down the line some feeling has returned which I'm pleased about however I'm still getting lots of uncomfortable stabbing pains now and again.. I was wondering if anyone as experienced total numbness to stabbing pains over the months and if so how long did you experience this for??.. Did your breast return to full sensation without pain ect??

I just would like to put my mind at rest otherwise I may give my surgeon a call to make sure everything is progressing well.

Hi. My friend is 3 years post op and she said she still has slight pain sensations every now and then in one boob but not as bad as they where in the first year. Im only 5 weeks post op and having trouble with my righty. In the first 2 weeks i got horrible stinging stabbing pains, then it went but yesterday they started up again which has frightened me but i remeber what my mate said about hers. xxx

you must go back and tell them you are not happy and uncomfortable and you paid lots of money for it and tell them to sort it out.

Im 13 months post op and mine did exactly the same as yours, i still get the odd stabbing pain like you now and again x
