hi everyone thought i would share my experience . got back on friday but today is the first time i have had any energy to think about it all. where do i start ........

picked hilly up at 9.30 am in bradford, we had planned to go and get our old boobs measured in town before we got on our train to the airport. pottered around with a brew and looked at sofeminine (like we had all the time in the world) and then at 10.30 set off to huddersfield to my house. After going on line and looking at the train times , we soon realised that we need to be at train station in 15 mins. i called my boyfriend who came quickly to take us to the station. as usual this then lead to a domestic over directions but under pressure he got us to the station and we had missed the airport train by a second
on arriving at the station we were met by the police and about 500 rangers fans that were getting on the piccadilly train with us !! they then proceeded to smoke in the toilets and rock the carriages until they were warned that if this happened again then the train would be stopped and the fire briggade and police would be called. at this point we were already cutting it fine as we had to change to get the airport train once at piccadilly. we were absolutely sh*****g ourselves and i made it clear to those fans in my carriage that i had a plane to catch and i wasnt a happy bunny, needless to say i dont think they dared move again ,lol .

with a stroke of luck nothing kicked off and we arrived at the airport just 1 hour prior to departure !! someone was looking down on us....... the flight out was fine. got to brussells and went for the shuttle train as explained in the directions by elyzea. we needed to be at the midi station which is about 30 mins on the train and cost 5 euros for both of us.

we got on the train with a sigh of relief............. there was then a signal failure and we were stationary for about 2 hours both of us getting really p*****d off .
finally we arrived at the midi station , actually there is nothing midi about it , it is huge and we both felt like a fish outa water. we got ourselves into such a panic we couldnt get out or find anyone that spoke english to direct us. it was so busy we couldnt find the way out, we finally spotted sunlight and ran outside. we were both starving after having no food all day and it was about 7pm( we were supposed to be here at 4.30 ) we decided to get a taxi but then looked at the cue which was about three miles long we decided to grab food first. had a lovely meal in a bar accross from the midi and sat outside, both of us desperate for a stiff drink we managed to stay strong and surpress the urge. we managed to pull ourselves together and went on the hunt for a cash machine (take some euros with you ) we didnt!! there is a cash machine in the midi accross from the espirit shop and pharmacy.

we then got in the cue and waited for a taxi to take us to the hotel.we had no idea where our hotel was in relation to elyzea , i just booked the first one recommended on elyzeas web site. we got there and it cost us 11 euro which we were fine with . the hotel was the camponile, basic but clean and staff friendly. we wanted to dump our bags and go and get some provisions to take to elyzea with us, ie coke and chocolate. we also needed tooth paste as we both forgot it (god we sound so blond ).

we asked to receptionist where the supermarket was and she said that they were closed, so we decided she must be wrong , it was only 8.30 there must be sommat open ......... to our surprise after walking miles , she was right, nothing open , not even a bloody petrol station!! went back to our rooms exausted from our hectic day, still not having time to worry about our boob jobs the next day!!

apparently i then kept hilly awake all night grinding my teeth and slapping my own face in my sleep lol. she wasnt a happy bunny and i will never hear the end of it. we got up and decided that we still needed to go and buy our provisions so got on a bus to take us back to the midi station and find a shop ( only 4 euro ) return if we were returning within the hour. the bus driver was lovely and really helpfull. We asked when we could ge the bus back and he said that he would be setting off back in 5 mins!! we then ran to the shop bought, water , coke, crisps and maltesers and jumped back on the bus that was just about to set back off (the bus driver must have thought we were mad)

we then decide that we had better set off to elyzea early with our track record and got reception to ring us a taxi, the taxi driver laughed at us all the way there lol

finally we got to elyzea, the clinic is posh, very modern and pristine , we were asked by reception to fill out our forms and then we were taken through to the waiting area where there were about 10 other people. we were asked to sit and wait for annie who would come and take our payment etc and give us our meds and aftercare advice. we were there only 5 mins when she called us in ..........she asked us for our copies of the price quote we were given in manchester, needless to say none of us had thought to bring it so she went in search of our files. on her return she explained that someone else was here before us and they had made a mistake so could we sit back in the waiting room while they were seen. we were fine with this as annie was lovely (this also explained why the two other girls sat in the waiting area diidnt look too happy with us pushing in )lol

after waiting probably about an hour we went into see annie together. she sorted out our medication, explained thoroughly what would happen next, and the aftercare advice and finally she took our payment!! it still didnt seem real to either of us. we were then told that it would be about 10 mins and the nurse would come and get us from the waiting area.

within 10 mins the nurse called my name to take me through, amanda came with me and they had put us in a room together that was just seperated by a divider, we were glad that we could chat still. i was then given a robe, paper thong (photo up) some plastic slippers and a lovely green hat to put on. hilly was ... herself, we were then told that tondu would be with us in a minute. _

after the longest wait of my life (about 20 mins ) dr tondu came to our room. immediatley on meeting him we both thought he was fab, completely trusted him and still not nervous. i had been debating about size since my consultation between 280 cc and 300 cc as i am only petite i though 300 might be too big. tondu recommended 280 and i was happy to take his word. he then drew on me and wrote 280 , he then laughed as amanda took my photos. he also took a polaroid of me. he then said he would see me in theatre and left. we were both chatting about how nice he was when the nurse came for me and it was my time........

still not nervous she took me to a clinic room where i met the anethiatist (not spelt right ) and the assisting nurse, they were all lovely. i took off my gown and was asked not to touch anything . she laid me down and then washed me with the iodine , i looked like id had a spray tan !!

they then strapped my hands down and inserted my drip and canular for the sedation.they then stuck paper sheets down over me ,i remember dr tondu entering and smiling at me, they then put a paper sheet up in front of my face................ , i then woke up , dr tondu said it had gone well , i was still groggy and they took me back to my room where hilly was waiting in her gown etc. i told her what i could remember and then tondu came in to see her. aparently i then called my mum, my two mates and my boyfriend before falling asleep (i cant remember this)

i then woke on hillys return and started vomitting. the nurse came in and gave me my coke and chocolates, i then slept some more. we were woken by the nurse at 7pm and were told they has left us as long as possible but were closing, they called us cab and presented us with a lovely flower. tondu came in to see me in between this time but i cant really remember anything he said.

we went back to our hotel , i was starving and new alot of the sickness was due to not having eaten for so long. hilly felt really ill and went straight to bed and slept. at one point i was so worried as she hadnt moved for hours that i had to go and poke her to make sure she was ok. she couldnt get out of bed and everytime she sat up she vommitted. i was ordering room service and watching police, camera , action. i didnt sleep at all that night...........

got out of bed a 6 to go for sommat to eat with hilly in toe looking rather green. we managed some fruit and a fruit tea , i polished off a sarnie, and 2 couissants aswell. went back to our room and brought it all back up. we couldnt keep anything down and we had to set of at 7am to get to the airport. we both felt like we wanted to die and braved the journey we made there, back to the airport. we could hardly carry our cases and i dragged my bag all the way from brussells to manchester .... we were both in agony and throwing up all the way home , couldnt even keep water down and were throwing back up our painkillers . we couldnt even help each other !! it was the sickness that was worst, the cabin crew were great and brought me a black bin liner lol
we managed to hold it together till we got to manchester and then as soon as we both saw my boyfriend we burst into tears.......... he couldnt belive the way we looked and took our bags from us and we followed him to the car. he was making us laugh by doing robot impressions of the way we were walking....... it hurt when we laughed so we shouted at him. as soon as we got in the car i rang my gp who agreed to see me at 4pm that day. we went home and my boyfriend put us to bed and went back to work after getting us drinks etc.

we woke and had some food and then dropped off again to be woken up by hillys chap who had come to pick us up. at elyzea we were given a private prescription that was signed by annie and stamped elyzea, we were both unsure of the validity of it as to us (who work for the nhs and familiar with prescription writing ) it was just a piece of paper that anyone could have written so we were worried we woulnt be able to get our anti biotics.

i then went to my appointment with my dr who checked out my boobs and coulnt believe i had had surgery yesterday and travelled back so soon. she told me the prescription would be difficult to cash so wrote me one out herself and swapped it. she then gave me some anti inflammatories, tramodol for pain and some anti sickness medication ( the ones given by elyzea dont work )

in the meantime hilly had been in to cash her prescription only to be told that it was wrong and they didnt have the medication in anyway. needless to say i split all my medication and gave half to her until she could see her gp on tuesday and then she could give me them back.

i then went home took my medication and went to bed. i managed to sleep on and off that night and was in no pain, felt very drowsy from the medication but hey thats better than i felt before. i had a full day in bed yesterday until my parents visited last night and i went down to sit on the sofa, i was knackered after two hours and went back to be at 9pm and slept most of the night. i woke up at 7 am today and feel much better so decided to write my adventure down. my advice for anyone who is going to elyzea is take someone with you that can run around after you and carry your stuff. the worst thing was us both being ill and sick and noit being able to do anything to help each other. i had to ask a stranger to help me fasten my bag i was so weak.

hope i have not droaned on too much but just thought the adventure was worth sharing with you all as youve all been great and dont know what we would have done without the forum

any questions dont hesitate to ask

my photos are on picture trail, reply to this if you want to see them !!
