Hi. I am in a similar boat to you. I looked for Moraci and Brinner on net but found nothing. I have had surgery with Spire Health before in cambridge, and so I will probably go back for rhinoplasty to them even though I have booked a free consultation for the Chelmsford branch harley medical group. At leasty i know that spire health have good surgeons and info is easy to find.

Whole thread for the following message:

"Nose job - dr moraci"

Hi Girls,

I hope you can help me - I guess I'm just looking for a little reassurance!!

I'm very close to booking a nose job (rhino tip reduction)with Dr Morachi. It's only a small operation under local anaesthetic to remove some cartilage and make my nose look more narrow and refined so not a full on nose job - the thought of being awake throughout is pretty scary!

Has anyone had a nose job performed by Dr Moraci? I can't seem to gather much information on him from looking on the internet and the only article I have happened across is a complete horror story so I'm a bit apprehensive about giving the Harley Medical Group the go-ahead!!!!

If anyone who's had a nose tip reduction or had an op with this surgeon can offer me any advice please please do not hesitate to contact me - I'd b eternally grateful to you!

Thanks ladies,

Ruby x x x

I had my nose job in January, it wasn't by Dr Moraci. I was lucky enough to be able to have mine on the Nhs....it got broken when I was younger....the only down side is I wanted Mr England to reduce my bump...he did but not to the degree I wanted. But he broke and reset my nose and removed some cartilage fro the tip, the over all effect is so much better.

The recovery was fine, I had a headache for a couple of days after and did look abit like frankenstein for 2 weeks...that was due to the cast though!

I'm sure if your just having the tip done it will be alot less invasive!!!

best of luck xxxx

Lots of Luck x

"Dr moraci abroad surgery"

I had a consultation at the harley medical group with dr. moraci but I did not book my surgery as it was a bit expensive and I could not afford unless I was going to apply for a loan. Apparently they have a loan department or something like that.
After my consultation Mr Moraci contacted me and told me that he could have done my operation abroad in Naples at Villa del Sol and the price was £2300, 40% less than HArley Medical Group. He also gave some reassurance regarding Villa del SOl and according to him it is much better than the Highgate Clinic where I was supposed to have my operation if I was going to go ahead with Harley Medical.
I will go ahead with him because at the end of the day i will pay much less for the same service and of course the same surgeon in a better clinic!

Hi, thanks for your messages - I really appreciate it! Well...in the end I managed to get an appointment at Transform in Southampton which I went to early today - just to get a second opinion really and I was amazed at the better quality of service they provided. While at Harley I had to pay £100 for a consultation which can only have lasted for 10 minutes at the most and I came away feeling a bit confused - as well as this I have been given 3 different prices by different girls within the group while is slightly unprofessional and inconsistent. BUT I went along to Transform today - everyone was soo lovely - I must have been there for about 2 hours and my free consultation was excellent and very thorough - I am going to go ahead with rhinoplasty with Dr Gonschior - Transform gave me his profile and I can see he has performed over 273 rhinoplasty ops alone as he is a facial specialist so I feel so much more positive about putting my trust in his hands! It's a bit pricier than Harley but I think at the end of it all you get what you pay for and I now know exactly whats achievable - I'm very excited but of course a bit nervous too!!

It would be really helpful if there was some sort of concise website that detailed all registered plastic surgeons profiles, experience and qualifications as it can be daunting going on trust alone.

I hope you're rhinoplasty goes well - and as I say I can fully recommend the surgeon I saw today if you want an honest consultation but hey we shall see....I'll let everyone know how I get on!!

hi there i had a nose job done with frati at harley. Harley clinic reputation is really good and I am sure that any of harley surgeon is qualified and competent. I am also sure that Mr Moraci will be a good choice.

A rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult surgeries so just cos a surgeon is good at one op doesnt mean he can do a nose job, it really is a complicted procedure. If i was you id look on lookyourbestuk.com they have a forum just for rhinos and they talk of surgeons etc from peeps who have gone through it and are going to get it done. I too am considering a rhinoplasty and deffo wouldnt just go to any surgeon for it, especially after reading up on there x
