yeah, mine are exactly the same except one of mine is still very firm even standing up and i am 4 months post op

Whole thread for the following message:

Thread started by:
"Anyone's boobs feel different lying down????"
Posted by jacks39 21 May  at  20:08

I'm 8 weeks post op today (and ditched the sports bra today, yipee.) Anyway boobs still feel bit hard on the outside. I presume this is normal. They have softened up near to the clevage and around the nipple and underneath to some degree and if i lean forward and cup them (no I'm not a weirdo!!!) they feels quite soft. But if I lie down they still feel much harder especially underneath.

Anyone else got this or can anyone shed any light please?

Thanks

Jackie

Mine are the same I don't know why it is though, they also go into weird shapes when I lie on my side now they'vew softened nicely. Can you lie on your stomach? I'm 7 weeks post op & although I can lie on them it feels like i'm resting on 2 hard water balloons!!

Well if you imagine the implant out side your body and lying flat on a table top surface, it would look kinda doughnut shaped and flat . Then imagine lifting it up to how it would be if you were in a standing position, the shape would change wouldn ... I would imagine this has something to do with why they feel different once you are lying down. They are probably resting against your chest wall when you are lying down, hence them feeling harder than when you are standing.
