right i need as many replys as possible to help me make my mind uo cause to b honest i dont get all this differnt measurments after ba's as some people have small implants and end up the same size as people who have larger implants!!!

so i have got my ba on the 31st may and have got to decide between the 380's and the 410's, i dont want to look massive just a nice size about a dd maybe def dont wana end up a c as this would dissapoint me!!!
i am currenyly a vsmall 32b size 8 , 9stone, and 5ft6"
will 380's make me a nice size i am so confused as when i tried them in b4 they didnt look much n the bra but will they look different once in???

a lot of people r telling me that 410 is quite big???

so girls i need ur help now i only got 3 days to decide!!!

380 overs on april 29th,im a size 12 5ft 7,with a 27 inch waist.

see what u think,im a 32G,if i had the 410s like my surgeon contemplated,i think they would of looked a little ridiculous!! already,somtimes i think they look a little 'too big'especially from the side. plus its a bit annoying wen i try a 12 on n it fits everywhere but my boobs..i couldnt even get this one size 14 top down over the top of them!!
if u dont mind me saying so,if 380 on me looks massive..how big are they going to look on ur petite frame? also,my surgeon said that 380 would make me a 'full DD'... but im a REALLY FULL G!!! hahahaha

I had one boob that was an A and the other was a B.I had 380 on my B side and that took me to an E/F.

I'd tell your surgeon that you want a DD and go with what he says if you're unsure.I dont really think we can comment much cos we all have different size implants and end up totally different anyway,even girls who start off same size and have same size implants could end up totally different.Your surgeon will know better which of the 2 sizes will give you what you want.

Ok, I don't mean to be rude but I have to be honest here.

You've made an awful lot of threads all saying the same thing about this sizing dilemma, and everytime the majority of girls are saying go with the 410s. However you are still clearly unsure about this and are making further threads.

I appreciate fully this is a big deal, I've been there and was mulling over sizes for weeks, but you've been given as much advice as possible. If you are this unsure and uncomfortable this close to the op perhaps you should see if it's possible to postpone it?

Probably not what you want to hear but this is such a huge decision and you have to be 100% comfortable and it really doesn't sound like you are hun. xx

hi yeah i respect what u are sayin there isnt any point in me posponing it as i will still b unsure i know every1 keeps sayin just have the 410's but i am most affraid of turning out too big like usay its such a big desision i dont want to look silly!!

i mean i will talk to my ps on the day more tosee what he thinks but im just trying to get as much other peoples opinions who have already had ba's as possible hoping it might help but dont think i will b 100% sure till i go on the day n try em once more!!!

one of my friends who has already had a ba had 375's and days 410's will b way too big BUT she already had big boobs b4 just wanted too fill them out wereas i have hardly anything so its like starting from scratch!!!

There's no need to apologise - advice is what this forum is for. I just think you've got all the advice you're going to get so don't hold out for anymore.

There's such a small difference between 380 and 410. What are you going to wake up regretting more, that you've gone too big or too small? Just answer that question and choose the appropriate size.

Right ... let me see ..... So, you are currently a small B cup ... & you want to become around a DD cup ..... I'd definitely say: go for the 410cc .... Yup 410 to take you to that DD you are looking for .... I don't think you will be disappointed ... if you have read this forum at any length, you will see, most people end up wishing they had gone just that little bit bigger ..... All the best :hugs:

I am 4 days post op and have had 410cc anatomicals unders and they do not look huge on me. I am 5ft6", size 10, 8.5 stones and was a 34A bra size before, I am wearing a 36D sports bra at the moment.

I would say go for the bigger size definitely. Hope this helps.

Be very clear of the outcome you want and he will judge what size implant is needed, taking account of your individual size, how much breast tissue you already have etc. You cant really make comparisons to what other girls have had because our bodies are all different even if we are the same dress/bra size. They do look a lot smaller in clothes though, so you could probably go for the bigger option without them looking too big.

Which one are you having? as this will affect your size. You lose some of the implant size with unders. I had 380 unders with very similar stats to you & I got meausured at a 34DD/32E(in padded bras) If I'd had overs they'd be even bigger. Pm me it you wanna see pics & you can maybe compare your before size to mine. There's not a great deal of difference between 380-410.

In my opinion I think you should go for 410 as you may be disappointed with anything less. The implants don't look as big under clothing i.e. 34d looks like a 34b. I've had 345cc high profile overs and wish I'd gone bigger.

i had 380 unders, iam wearing 34 D cup sports bra and very happy
with the size . I was 32 AA very flat!!
I dont think there is much between 380 & 410
