hi
I had an uplift and BA (unders) and was back in the gym after two and a half weeks with the permisssion of the clinic and the instructions of no running or upper body until 6 weeks. I started upper body work at 6 weeks with just light weights. Am just over 9 weeks post op and almost back to normal although haven't braved running yet.

Im 8 weeks post op and its my first day back today. I feel fine and dont ache anywhere so i think Im physically ready. Id say as long as you feel ok to do so and you listen to your body then go for it.

Hey hun, I know what you mean, Im feeling so slobby! Im only 11 days post, but really cant wait to get active. I've been advised completely normal activity could be resumed after 6 weeks for most people (as long as its not contact sports), however it would depend on individual cases.. how do you feel? As for swimming, Im wary of that! Im so scared of nasties in the wounds... so I'd guess when they are completely completely healed, but if I were you to be sure ask your PS. xx
