I'm having my ba next Friday (eeek!!) and my surgeon has recommended 240 unders. I'm a 36 aa, and I would ideally like to be 36 c.

Do you think is this big enough? Any advice/thoughts gratefully received.

u have to remember fake look smaller, not only that but u get used to the size very quickly. u say ur a 36 band and u want 2 go up 3 sizes, i would have thought u'd need 150 a cup size- i could be wrong but think u should be looking at 450's.

i'm fairly small and had 350's and honestly they don't look big, they measure a 32DD from an a but honestly no-one's noticed. i have pics if u want 2 c pm me.

Thanks so much - all your advice, experience and information has been great. I have decided to put my faith into Simon Withey, who said he'll measure me again on the day of the op to see if I can have 275s. But he also added that 240 will be the best for me. And WILL give me a c-cup!!

I had 255cc teardrop under the muscle and was a 34aa pre-op and 8 weeks post op I am now 34c.

i was 100% sure i wanted 260cc and no bigger, really didnt want to look big at all as hadnt told anyone. I was 32aa absolutely tiny and on the day of op surgeon told me he thought he cud fit in 300cc and i was vary wary but i said to do whatever looked best in the end. I hav 300 unders and i am sooooo glad i did, they look like a b cup and still quite small under clothes, no-one has really noticed as i used to wear padded bras anyway. i do like them and thrilled to bits but wud definately hav been disappointed if i went for 260cc. Other surgeons recommended 230 too and only my surgeon mr mounir recommended 300. dont go too small! I didnt hav any tissue really to start with and was REALLY scared of being too big. hope this helps anyone! xxx

i'm 32a/34aa and am getting 260cc/290cc next month, hopfully i'll be nice c cup, anything is an improvement tho!

Spoke to my surgeon today who says the 240s are ideal for me, and will give me a small c cup, which is what I want.

I am 5.3" and 33 under my boobs - so I wear a 34A and am having 260cc unders (i think high profile)

I am hoping to go to a big b small c but after reading all the posts do feel a little worried that under clothes etc they may not be right. I think everyone is different and look at as many pics as you can. One of my friends is a 34C and asked to see her natural boobs!

I have been wearing a gel bra and LOVE me in it so going to show that to my surgeon on the day and say that i want that look as an end result and hope for the best xxx
Maybe try something like that? Also my surgeon listened to what i wanted and suggested 260 so hopefully he has your best interests at heart? xx

Can you let me know how it goes??!! I have too have been advised either 230cc or 260cc but I don't want to be too big. I only want to be a B cup size really, anything else seems too big.

But reading all the posts on here, nobody really seems to go for anything smaller than 300cc's!!

I am 5ft 6 and size 10 (ish).

Can you tell me who you are going with also?? I have had a consult with Harley Medical (not impressed) and Dr Traynor at Transform in
Manchester but still not sure.

I'm going with Simon Withey from mybreast. He is really nice and very professional.

I spoke to him again last night, and he's adamant that the 240s will give me a c-cup - a small c, and I'm happy with that.

He said based on my measurements the 240s would be best, but he will order 275s and measure me again on the day to see if he thinks I can go to those.

I'm going to leave it to his judgement on the day, and fingers crossed I will be the small c that I want!!

Hey, I am with MYA, Mr Chandasandak. He recommended 230 to 260 for me to be natural. I must admit I float between thinking 260 is good for me and then get boob envy and want more LOL.

I was fine until i read some posts of lucky girls that had 300cc's and were very happy, that got me wondering.

by everyones replies, everyone is different. Based on back size, weight, existing tissue, profile/base size of the implant- its impossible to guess.
Just to throw in my measurements though, I had 260cc unders, mod high profile, and went from 32aa to a 32c. I had wanted a 32b, and while my girls measure 32c and thats what I wear- they look like a 32b in clothes and I'm very happy with the size.
I had to be assured by my surgeon that they wouldn't be too big (I wanted the 230cc's as they looked best when trying them on)but to be honest- as they were unders, they look like the 230cc's now!

Hope that hasn't confused further!

You ladies scare me im 9 days in and i had 340's under to take me to the larger size of a c-cup (may be a small d) This is what my surgeon suggested.
my stats are
height 5ft 7
weight 8st 9ibs
dress size 8/6
and was a 32a (empty)
im in a 34d sports bra (bit tight) and i love them, i really dont want them to change. Didnt have much swelling and there starting to drop.
They wont change that much will they?

i dont think that sounds right if you are a 36 back size. the bigger the back size the bigger the implant you need, about 180cc is approx one cup size i would say on someone with a 36 back size.i would say you will end up a b. but do remember false boobs also look smaller.

I have my consultation in just over a weeks time and all this is quite fasinating. I'm hopeing to get to a C cup if that even possible with my frame. my back measurement is 33, but only 5ft 4in tall(shortass, oops no that's not right it's petite 10/12. I'm an aa/a depening on which bra size i choose to wear. So basically should i be looking for implants arround 400cc to to aiming for a C cup, no pun intended there if you get it. )

240 was the biggest the surgeon recommended in order for them to not look fake ... And I don't want to be HUGE, I just want them to look nice. What size do you think I should go for?

im size 6 was 32aa , 1st ba had 360cc unders and ended up c cup...but only looked full b cos fakes looks smaller. always go larger if poss. get second opinion frm diff surgeons

i just had 600cc they look ample but silly huge

im not 100 sure. what is you ribcage measurement. just i had 380 to take me from an a to an d/dd however they dont look that big. also my ribcage measurement is only 27" . some people with bigger ribcage measurements had 380s and only go up 2 cup sizes. i spoke to a girl on here once that i think had 220 so very similar and went from an a to a b and she was very petite.

would that be 32?? 32+4 = 36? and I'm 36aa

well if you are def a 36 i would def go bigger than 240 i would have thought more about th 400 mark to get you up 3 cup size . my surgeon told me 340(which is what i was originally ment to have) would take someone of my frame up 3 cup sizes but he said someone of a 34 back size it would only take up 2.

I had 410cc's and i'm only just a full C cup my rib measurement is a 32, im 5,11 size 8. and they suit me just right any smaller as the surgeon suggested 350 i think it was and i'd have been gutted, i used the rice test and a sports bra to see how big i would like them, and if the size suited me.
