I'm booked in for an uplift and ba but I'm also in the process of having a crown fitted after root canal treatment. Timing certainly isn't great because my dental appointment is 2 days before ba surgery. I think at this appointment they prepare your tooth for the crown and then I will need another appointment to fit the crown. I think I should get antibiotics after ba surgery, but not sure if I should go to doctor for more antibiotics when I go to fit the crown.

Has anyone else heard of the link between dental visits and risk of capsular contracture?
