If the surgeon uses drains does thst mean theres less swelling and therefore the size u are after ba stays the same?
Anyone whos had drains have u stayed the same size throughout?

hi i didn't have drains thank god! but i had very little/no swelling, my boobs measure exactly same now as they 1st did 6 weeks ago.

hiya i had drains but didnt lose much fluid, im 15 days post op now and my boobs have started to soften n drop so they look a bit smaller now but thats what happens when they drop! im still wearing same size sports bra x

I had drains and lost so much fluid (2 bags full in each boob) i have now been told that this could have been partly the reason why i now have Caspular Contracture, but i still had loads of swelling, and 7 months on my boobs are slightly smaller then when i first had them done...

and no swelling and I increased a cup size once they had 'dropped'

I didn't have drains and had no swelling!! They put me in a B cup sports bra though, it was really tight and i had no bruising or swelling!! I am now a 32DD/30E X

I had drains ..... I had a little bit of swelling & bruising .... was wearing a 34DD sports bra to start with ....34E when oficially measured some 5 weeks later.
