i had tummy tuck and ba on may 13th. im usually in gym 5 times a week and i hate not being able to do anything! i went this morning and walked a little on the treadmill. i know the docs/nurses advise no excerise until 6 weeks but surely it wont hurt?
opinions and advice will be gratefully recieved! xxxxx

Hiyah i go to the gym 4/5 times a week and luuurve it,i had my ba 8 weeks ago now under the muscle too,it was very hard i have to say to keep away, but i did!!,you have to realise its gonna take a whole lot longer if you get an infection in the new boobies??,i waited 4/5 weeks before i went back, then just did light cardio bike, cycle.stepper, then at 5/6 weeks i started doing my legs, last week i have done few light weights you can do them after 6 weeks but i waited a little while longer,as i have mondors cord, but really just stick with it and enjoy the rest,i know how hard it is believe me,but its worth it!.

hi

i have to say i think you are mad!!

you are suposed to take it easy and i think lifting weights is one of the worst things to do!

not had my ba yet but i think you should take the docs advice-they must tell you to rest for a reason...

just think of how much money you have spent? i would want to get the best possible results and that means following doctors orders!! ha ah

take care
