I currently wear a 34a bra and figured that before my BA in September I'll start putting on/in layers of extra padding so things aren't too obvious when I come back to work.

Would I buy a larger cup bra and fill it with the chicken fillet or do I still wear the bra's I have now? Do the fillets come in different sizes, ie could I go and buy a b cup bra first and then up it to a c cup?

I'd rather have a clue what I'm talking about before I go shopping for these bits and pieces , don't want to make a complete fool of myself in the shops

Thanks so much

Meriad x

Hiya hun, i have had my chicken fillets for about 4 years now! i got mine from M&S and they were about 325 but i did see the same ones in Home bargains for £3!!! I started by putting them in my usual bra (a cup) but i didnt like the pushed up look all the time so i started buying B/C cup bras and putting them in there.I always tried to find bras that have the little pocket in but they are quite hard to find so i started stitching pocket in all the bras i bought!
I have got to a point now where my boobs are that deflated that i end up with a sort of fold in them!
Im booked for my BA in 11 days time and i cant wait to chuck the bloody fillets in the bin!! lol
They are good but i cant wait to go buy a bra that i dont have to sit and make pockets in before i wear it x
"Thanks"

I definately recommend going for the heavy duty fillets, I got mine from debenhams for around £20.. they work a treat, they look like half a silicone implant sort-of. I got a moulded underwire bra that was slightly too big and they filled it nicely, and no embarrassing situations..

hi hunny the best thing to do is buy a bra a size bigger than what u are as otherwise u msy end up with the double boob look, lol!!
If u can then find a bra that has a pocket inside (usually bras with removable pads have these) then u can put the fillet inside this so u wont have any embarassing situations were it could pop out, which is whats happened to me before!
The best place to buy them is ebay where u can get them for about £8 otherwise la senza/ john lewis sell them for around £20,
hope this helps
xx

in my current bra. They kind of push up what you already have, making the breast look fuller in your bra. On the box for mine it says best for B to D cups but those are the ones i have so have a go cos im an empty A/B cp and they do a bit for me. Good idea to start pumping them up before hand i might start doing that will be less of a shock to my boyfriend haha

I want to ger my BA in September too. Im getting so impatient i have consults booked here there and everywhere and don't feel like im any closer to booking my BA in!! Are you booked yet, who are you booked with?
"Booked! "

I had one consultation with Transform and booked straight away for August, I'm very impatient but that was the first slot my man had. I went to Transform as they have the best surgeons there apparently and my friend has a great result from them 9 years ago! My guy has done over 20,000 ops apparently - Mr Singh?

I'd go and get booking if I was you! I have and I'm sooo excited!
