| Thread started by: | "Elyzea complications????" Posted by hemi450 29 June at 12:16
Hi I have my consultation booked with elyzea for the 12th of July, and am seriously considering having ba with them, due to the good amounts of feedback they have on here and also the massive price difference.
What i would like to know is has anyone who has used them had any problems since surgery such as double bubble, capsular contraction, infections, ripples ,size difference etc etc and if so how willing was elyzea to put it right for you???
any advice would be great thanks im just trying to see what there aftercare for problems is really like once they have your money, as a lot of companies are full of promises when they are getting you to part with you hard earned cash.
many thanks girls

Hi hun, i have just contacted my surgeon (Dr Tondu at Elyzea) as i have one implant higher than ther other (has been that way since i had my op) i thuoght it would drop and it has a little but not in line with the other boob yet. Any way i have emailed Dr Tondu and he has explained what it may be but also stated i may need re-op (and to be honest i think re-op is what is needed)He has asked me to wait three months from op date (im seven weeks at the mo)and aslo requested i email some photos. I have my check up next week so ill have a better picture of what is going to happen then. I have every confidence it will be fixed by tondu without any qualms, its just a fag having to go back and go through the healing process again, think ill tie it in with getting my eyes done while im over there!! ill keep you posted with my progress Hilly

Hi, had my BA last May at Elyzea and although the aftercare was a little lacking immediately after my surgery (as in I was left on my own and my drip had fallen out of my arm and no-one came to my aid whatsoever!!!!!!) my boobs are blooming magnificent. They are perfectly aligned and round and natural and fantastic. I went from a small 34b to just over a 34DD. Well worth the hassle. NO COMPLICATIONS WHATSOEVER WITH MY IMPLANTS. Had the cohesive gel round implants, different sizes, a 395cc and a 435cc under the muscle. Expect some pain and a lot of stiffness after your op though, it is normal. Do not worry, you will not be disappointed!!

Hi Pussycatface,
I saw your post about your elyzea experience and you said that you'd had unders last may......hope you dont ind me pm-ing you, but i just wanted to ask if they feel soft to you now, 1 year on??
I only ask as i am a 34b and am planning on having my ba later this year (still saving lol!) and i want unders. The only concern that i have is some people on here have mentioned that the feel cold?? and hard i.e they dont jiggle like normal breasts?? I dont know if i am making more out of it than is actually the case as this has made me a little hestant about unders. Would be grateful if you could tell me if yours have softened and how long it took before that happened?
Thanks in advance!

Elyzea rang yesterday as promised to make sure my infection had cleared and to see how I was re: worried about scarring, re infections etc. Antonia answered all my questions and is ringing again next week to make sure everything is still OK, great service!!

hi, Thanks for your reply, that sounds good normally when message is left for someone to call you back 9 times out of 10 they never bother, glad they took your concerns seriously. What was the cause for the infection if you dont mind me asking?? glad its all cleared up now thanks

I had a knot on the stitches that grew in, then an infection developed around it and a little hole appeared. I rang them and they advised what to do.

thanks for that hollergrafik, hope alls well now. pussycatface thanks for your reply do you by any chance have any picts you wouldnt mind sharing as your before and after size is what im hoping for.
Ive been searching expedia todayi think we will fly from gatwick though its more expensive than driving its less stress and hassle, and still a good price or the dates im hoping to book for,any ideas anyone for a good recommendation of hotel or area to try to stay in,as ive heard right by the clinic is a bit dodgy,we wll have a hire car so distance isnt too much of a worry.
Another query if anyone knows the answer im hoping for a kind of midday operation but my flight home the next day wil probably be around 7am will this be ok as it will be the next day after surgery that i fly but not a full 24 hrs,i think the airlines hav some kind of policy on this?? i want to get home to my little ones asap.
any advice will be greatfully receive .

I have just returned from my ba. I had it done thurs, have not been in much pain but I flew back saturday as only flight back on friday was early morning...I would not have managed it. Its not the pain but you are in total fear of being bumped around by other people and its not painful to walk but I experienced like a pressure on mmy new boobs (!!!!) when I walked which made it bit harder to walk far lol! I would go 4 next day if I were you, just to be on safe side.
Good luck!

I, as others before me, stayed in the De Fierland. Great hotel, basic but nice brekkie and big rooms. A hire car isnt necessary as Brussels is small, taxis are cheaper. I flew back next day as recommended by someone else, healing at home is much better. What the airlines dont know cant hurt them.
I was a 34b before and hasd 550 unders, 34F now.

thanks hollergrafik, is the de fierland very far from the airport then?? oh and then the clinic from the hotel?? thanks

At the airport there is a train that goes right into the centre of brussels to the midi station, its 3 stops, costs about 5 euro. Then a taxi to the hotel is 7ish euro. Its about 15 mins away from the clinic.

hi girls, thanks to all that have replied all the info has been really useful. hilly i hope you get your boobs sorted,i have to say they seem to be fairly efficient in sorting any probs,so im 100% satisfied. I was supposed to have had my first consultation with dr mouallem yesterday in london but had to cancel as after a reality check my dh (dear husband) decided he wants to have another baby next year!!! we obviously discussed this prior to me getting a ba consultation,it wasnt an issue then but i guess he has been thinking on it,and has changed his mind,so im going to book with elyzea as soon as we have had this last baby, boy or girl it will be the last we have 4 boys already,so seriously need some pink dust. Hope everyone gets on well with your new boobies im soooo jealous, mine are just on hold.
