I've booked up for 13th July with Transform and they have advised as I am so petite (30A) that I can only go up to 300. I am having them under the muscle. They have said either the 260 or 300 would be best for me as I am wanting to achieve a C cup. Has anyone gone from my size and had 260 or 300's? Im really stuck!! If anyone has pics please help me! x

Not alot in it really ..... so take the 300cc .... I can almost guarantee you'll be glad you did.

hi babes, i was 30A until last thurs and was booked in for 300cc unders with Spire. once i got to the hospital the surgeon decided id be better off with overs and suggested 320s which is what i had.

Hi, I had 260cc unders, which took me from 32AA to 32C. If you'd like to see pics PM me. I fluctuated in a size for a while as the swelling settled and they are getting softer, but I'm now 6 weeks post op and I don't think (really hope they don't!) change size again.

I am booked with transform for saturday and I am going the same size as you - 260 in my larger right and 300 in my smaller left. mr khan - who appears to be the best expert on this - suggests this is the best size for me and will even me out. i am currently a larger 34/36A small B. I do NOT want to be a D cup so he thinks these sizes will make me a C. I have a good amount of tissue to begin with though, so I may risk becoming a D. It's so difficult to know what we'll be after the op. Even after the procedure it'll take a good few weeks/months before we truly know what size we'll be at. It's a gamble one way or the other.

i had 275cc implants nearly 3 weeks ago, was a 32a and now a 32c. Maybe you should ask surgeon he would know better, but i think maybe as you are a bit smaller than me the 260 would do it, and 300 maybe a d. If you really want to end up a c then ask the surgeon what he thinks best, but from what everybody says on this site you should go for bigger size as most people seem to regret not bein big enough. I was only allowed the 275cc in and wish I had been allowed bigger!

It's funny you say that about 'not being allowed'. Me too! I am worried that the 325cc my surgeon has agreed on will be too small to take me to a DD from a small B- he wouldn't allow me any higher!

I think that probably sounds about right what he has said. I was quite disapointed but I am happy i have got boobs!! i had very small amount of breast tissue and my skin is quite thin, and i kinda new that I probably wouldn't be able to go to a d like i wanted. If I still want bigger in a year or so, might go for another op. I think (but don't quote me) that its about 125-150cc to go up one cup size. I think I heard that on here, I think it also differs greatly from person to person. the same size implant may not take to different people to the same size post op.

I knew I wouldnt be able to go too big as I have very little breast tissue too. I just dont want to regret having them the smaller size or for the skin to look stretched if I go with the 300. I dont want to look top heavy! Im not sure how much difference there would be. Maybe I will leave it and talk to the surgeon. Im getting nervous already. x

Its all very confusing! I think its differnt for everybody, 275cc has taken me to a c but on somebody else it could take them to a d! You probably are best talking with your surgeon, he will know whats best as they perform these operations every day-its bread and butter for them. Don't worry too much about looking top heavy, augmentated breast appear smaller in clothes that real ones!
