| Thread started by: | "Help needed - how do you decide where to go for ba?" Posted by ino26 6 June at 13:29
There seem to be so many different clinics and I'm confused about where the first port of call should be.
Should you go to your GP or book a consultation at a clinic?
I'm 26 and considering a BA after breastfeeding two children. I've been thinking about it for a year and feel sure I want to do it.
Any advice greatfully received...

i would do what i did and go back and read a lot of the older posts and note down which surgeons had the best feedback... mr stratten at thg came up a lot mr russo at transform mr araco at thg.... i chose mr araco because i wanted to go to thg and he could fit me n at the time i wanted.
you will hear good and bad story's from everywhere so just ring a few up and see how you get on-go with who makes you feel most comfortable. rach xxx

book a consultation with tranform and ask to see the surgeon which will be free ( a lot arent free to see the surgeon, you only see the nurse and then have to pay £100 to have surgeon consultation) they are very thorough, helpful, understanding ,caring and nice! also the aftercare is great! im 28,have breastfed 2 kids and have lost 7 stone and im well chuffed with my new bod! go for it,you only live once!

Thanks for your reply - I have got a consultation booked. I'm glad it worked out so well for you. Do you have any advice about the consultation?
