i'm wanting 400cc but definatley want the niple incision, do you know if this size implant would be too big or what is the biggest they can do?

im having 400cc cohesive silicone gel round high profile implants placed through the areola nipple insision. this was my surgeons choice of insision so i guess it must be fine. any questions just ask me xx
