hi, i am 27 years old, 5'9 and weigh 8 half/9 stone.

i have never had a chest, but i have had two children and after each my chest size was massive. i am now looking at getting a ba. 350cc?? not sure what this means or how big it will allow me to go!!!!

i wear 34a bras with gel in, if i were to put one on without the gel i wouldnt fit, in actual fact there is no bra size for me!!!!

i would like advise, a what size i should go for!! i was thinking a c cup but after reading some posts on this forum im not so sure, maybe i should be going bigger!!!

can you help?!?!?

I am 28 and booked in to have mine done on 23rd august with hospital group. I am a 28 double a as i dont fill an a cup too. The doctor said a 365 I think which would take me to a C cup. I keep thinking about going maybe bigger but i dont want it too look to false. I think that size will be amazing and as i have never known anything else then hopefully it will be the right size. I will let you know how mine turns out, and if I wish i was bigger (hopefully not).

thanks for your reply, please do let me know how you get on. i started off in the same frame of mind. have never had anything there, so anything there is going to be an improvment!! im just so impatient, have looked into all sorts of ways i could get opp now and pay it off in full in jan!!

hi girls, since originaly posting my first ever post on here ( this one) i have decided i want to be a d/dd size as i am under the illusion with this size i shall only look a c cup!!!

1 surgeon has recommended i go for 390cc high profile to achieve a d/dd from totally flat, and when i say this i mean totally just have nipples. there is no bra to fit my size!! i measure a 30 band, yet at present were 34a primark gel bras to make it look as though i do have something but still limited on what i can wear!! went out this weekend seen loads of dress's i liked but could not wear due to the low cut or shape of top of the dress!! all i was thinking is.... soon i can just pick this style of dress up and go!! and i can not wait for this day!!!

sooooooooooo any additional advice that can be given to me!! seeing two surgeons this month and will be booking up for early january as i am still saving im obsessed ad depressed that i have to wait, but what can i do!!!!

hin go as big as possible i am only a 30/32 back size therfore you will need a bigger implant size to achieve the same resuly. i had 380s and now i would say i look a d although wear a 30e bra. bear in mind that its only the same as a 34d. i would go for as big as you can.

Sorry this post has confused me? what are your pre op stats? i have been told 390cc high profile should get me a d/dd. i was thinking ultra high profile would be better but the surgeon said it would be a bit to much for my frame!!

with my stats what sizes would you think would take me to a d/dd?

hi i am 5.4 and under 8 stone clothes size 6. wear 30 back size. i had 380 to get me to a d/dd. i had high profile. i was only adviced 300s and was told any bigger would be to big but so glad i went bigger. if you are a 34 a you would therfore need a bigger implant than me to achieve a d/dd. however if you are a 32 i would say 380 would get you a d/dd. being a 34 i would def look at 410.

hi, thanks for your reply. i am a 30 band so said the surgeon at consultation he recommended a 350cc high profile unders (not the ultra high profile) would get me a c/d or 390cc high profile unders would get me a d/dd. i am all for the 390cc high profile if it will get me to a d/dd. did you have unders?

I am 5'7" and around 9 stone 9lb - I just had nipples before my operation.

I had 335cc overs and I'm now a 34D. They are great and suit my figure - I am quite critical of them naked though, I can see and feel some rippling (no flesh before so not sure that a smaller implant would have mede any difference).

Im having my op on Tuesday 15/7. Im 5'6", weight 8.5 stone and wear a 32aa. I have breastfed twins and had huge boobs whilst breastfeeding.

Im hoping to achieve a D cup which may mean 380cc - Im not sure yet. I am having sizing on same day as surgery due to a last minute change in surgeon - my first sugeon would only recommend a 190cc implant!!!. I think a lot depends on available breast tissue and frame as to what the surgeon can do. I may find on the day that I can only have say a 300cc, but until Im sized again I wont know. I will report back to you sometime late next week to let you know how I got on. When are you having your op by the way?

Thanx for the info Georgina, hope all goes well for you and you achieve the size you want!! I am thinking i need ask for a D cup to come out as a C cup? It's all very confusing!!! because its not just the cc that counts its also what profile you have too!! i think i will just go with my surgeons advice as he is the expert but i am thinking i will need a min of a 350cc and i think moderate profile but yet i am still not 100% sure!!! lol this is hard work. anyways good luck, get in touch after BA let me know how you get on.

seems to me u r abit like me. Want boobs but not 2 much. Inaround 300cc would be grand i think from the advice get from the ps's.

I went for an private consultation and thought my ps was great. ThenI went with Transform. I am sure they do a good job but I could not compare.; I did pay 4 the private one tho.


Anyho - I am all for the smaller cc espec if you have nought to begin with but I have not had mine done. Stil deliberating but if i do go ahead they will be just to help me rid the fake bras and make me feel more womanly.

I am 25, 5'8" and stone. I was 32AA pre-op but there was still space between the bra pads and my skin. I only wore a bra to feel vaguely feminine not because I needed one lol!

I got 290 cc only because I was so small that my skin wouldn't stretch to more than that for my first op. As you have had kids and therefore your skins has been stretchedyou are lucky because a larger size will fit in nicely. I have turned out a 34B.

What I suggest and am sure all the ladies on here agree is to look at pictures of what size you like and also try on all the different sizes in a sports bra so you can get a real feel of what you will look like. At the end of the day they can't predict exactly what size you will end up; there are far too many factors to consider, but your surgeon will know the largest you can go safely and what size to put in to get the results you want and that will suit you.

I think 350cc will be lovely and full. I'd guess at a 34C easily and they'll be so wonderful and firm and round.

You sound just like me with a few minor differnces!
I am 30 (just last week) 5ft7in 9stone and completely flat 34aa. I had 2 kids too and breastfed them both for 6 months - had great boobs then. Then it seemed like overnight they disappeared!
It does seem like a lot of women are going for bigger implants but I have decided on 250cc just to take me to a small c. I think it may look too false if i go any bigger as my chest/shoulders are quite boney. However, I may decide on the day to go just a little bit bigger - perhaps 260/270ish. Might aswell get my moneys worth eh!
It all depends on how YOU feel. Your circumstances may be different to the girls who want big boobs. If your anything like me you just wants SOME boobs!
Don't fell pressured into getting bigger than you feel comfortable with.

I had 274cc high profile partial unders, and I was told that was the biggest they could give me. I am about 5"6, weigh 7.5 stone size 6/8 in clothes. I am wearing a 32c sports bra which fits nicely but when I went shopping for normal bras I was a d cup!

Im also 27 have had 3 kids, breastfed the 3rd for 6 months. Im 5"4 so shorter than you. Size 8 weigh 8 stone Ish. I was a 32aa before my opp and had 340 Unders Taking me to a 32 E or F Cup, depends on where i buy my bra's. They really don't look as big as they sound, look more of a D/DD

Have you been to see anyone? Are you having unders or overs? I agree with pp, ask for a bit bigger than a c cup, you will end up looking a b, Fakes boobs always look smaller!!

Funny how it happens, They really don't look that big. A friend of mine always says, I think he must have put bigger in and not told you!!!! Im having a re-opp So will make sure i get a proper look at my notes, He always said 340's and i wouldn't have thought he would lie!!!! You see it all the time on here, people with the same stats and coming out all different sizes!!! Anna x
