Well I certainly have a fake look.
I am 13 days post op in pain and had 470 overs (I know huge).
I was a d before but droopy after having my delightful 2 boys.
The surgeon did this as an laternayive to an uplift and they look like footballs stuck on!
Not really what i wanted but they are still swollen and changing all the time - still in alot of pain.
I was told they will drop and soften - am hoping then they don't look too fake.
Just goes to show we all want such different things!

hi there is there any1 out there that has had the augmented look like v-beckham every one on here have the naturel look but i want mine like v;bs and id love to see any pics or if ther any girlies out there having that look be good to here im not alnone in this look hope to hear from u soon xxx sharon

im a size 8 sml build 32 sml b, hoping to be a dd im having 450cc overs

well my surgeon sd i wint get tht cos i am ahving such a big implant i have read this happends with over the muscle which i am having i dont no wheather i totaly believe my ps wt he wa telling me when i was asling him all them kind of ? he jus said very quickley u wont get that with big impalnts, he is a baaps registared as well he has had good reports on here he is dr spyrou so i bloody hope i dont ar i will kik u a big fuss with him
