| Thread started by: | "Advice on travel to brussells - plane or train????!" Posted by stefie811 9 July at 15:14
Hey everyone
just wondering if a few people who have travelled to Brussells to have their BA done by Elyzea could advise me on the best way to get there.
I am considering flying from Manchester, which takes 1hr 25 mins, or getting a 2 hour train to London, then getting the Eurostar which would take about another 2 hours!
Does anyone know how long it takes to get from the airport to city centre, and approximate costs?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have searched the forum but only a few things came up about it.
Thanks!

Hi, I just came back from Brussells a week today, and I travel by train. It only cost me £214 and that was for me and a friend the hotel was also included in the price also, if you get the Eurostar at 6am cost only £29.50 and you can get back a train for same the price. But you have to book it in advance. Hope this is any help to you.

Hi Steff,
I went by plane as it was 25 minutes away from my local airport and 45 minutes in the air! I felt fine the whole time too.
Plus for me it was far cheaper and so less hassle!
Good luck!

hi stace, im thinking plane seems like less hassle too, when ive looked into the prices in comparison to eurostar there doesnt seem to be much difference at the mo, so im thinking the least amount of travelling time would be best! im just so confused because i keep hearing conflicting views on it, that its fine to fly after ba and then its not ok to fly at all lol!
so confused!!
who did your surgery? do you have any pics? if so could you send me the password please so i can have a nosey?? thanks

Hey.. I went to Elyzea, I had lipo not BA... I went through Eurostar as it was easier for me.
The Elyzea clinic is far away from the airport, if you were going to get a taxi I would say around 30euros Airport to clinic. But the Train station is about 10mins away, it all depends how you want to travel and about 10 euros for taxi.
Hope this helps H..xx
