Have been addicted to this site every since booking my op.
I'm having Mr Frati through HMG this Sun @ Highgate Hospital.
I'm having 315cc high profile overs put in and have no real clue what size I'll end up. I'm a VERY empty 32/34b (post x2 bouncing babies), am 5ft1 and 9 stone. Really want to get to a D at least, do any of you experinced guys think I'll get there with these?? or should I ask for bigger before my op??

Please help if you can, I'm loosing my marbles!!!

I had a BA with him last week (sat 5th july) and just got measured today as 32 dd. I got sub fascia (i.e. over muscle, high profile but under tissue covering muscle). I was a 32b before. My swelling has gone done a lot over the last week but nurse said it takes 6 months (yes months!) til you can be sure of your final size. They are a really good shape & he did a fab job.

One thing i'd say - anesthetist (woman, polish) was really awful. Sour faced, not understanding at all that i was nervous and didn't know how to apply the numbing cream i asked for properly. In fact, she was really horrible to me right before the op and i would not have gone with harley if i'd known about her.

Also - they kept me waiting ages (3 hours - and was going to be another 2 hours had i not complained) and i could have eaten that morning if they had told me the correct time.

I was a very empty 34c pre op and I'm now filling 34e, so I should think you will get to a D at least.

you should get a D no doubt i reckon. I had 315CC ultra high profile unders, i was a 30A/ very empty32AA and am now wearing a 30DD sports bra. 30DD is the same cup size as a 32D, just a smaller band.Also with unders you lose a few CC's so you should get at the very least a D for sure. I am having my op next friday at heath clinic. I am 34a and having 320cc overs, so i would like to see your pics if that's okay.

I think you'll definately be a D or DD. I'm having mine done on the 12th (just 2 sleeps to go!) and I'm having the same size implant as you and I'm the same breast size 34B sometimes a C cup depends where I buy my bra. I hope I'll be a D/DD.
