Blimey that treatment was worse than the NHS, which company did you arrange your ba through?

Well congratulations on the new boobies anyway, sure it will all be worth while. I would push to get your overnight fee reinbursed at the very least.

Arrived at Dolan Park at 7.30am having been picked up from Devon at 4.30am. Reception looked lovely and driver was really nice. Waited an hour in reception and then taken to room. Nurse said ' Oh dear, you have the worst one!' and she wasn't wrong. I was right by the nurses station and it was really noisy with them chatting, the buzzers going off and the phone constantly ringing. Then.... 'oh, it's really not your day love, you're last as well!'. Great - not only did I have a really noisy room so I couldn't sleep but had been up very early but I was also not due in until six in the evening so had the whole day to hang around. Asked why, when I had travelled so far and had obviously been up early, was I going to be last but they didn't have any answer to that. It gets worse.. at six, they said they were running an hour late and then at seven they said that they had had to slot in someone else before me so in the end I didn't get on the operating table until 9.30pm!!! No food or drink since the night before so was starving and stressed out.

Op went fine (had 315cc round unders) but I was woken at 5.30am for breakfast and was back on the road at 7.00am for the three hour drive home. Whilst I didn't feel too bad I do think that to be sent home having only had a GA late the night before was rather poor service. Going to write letter of complaint I think.

I went with THG and travelled from East Devon up to the Midlands (Bromsgrove). I knew I was going to have to do that obviously but my issues are with the fact that I was last on the list and then constantly delayed.

When I had breakfast in the morning, I sat with a lady who had her surgery at 9.30 in the morning (a whole twelve hours before me) and she only lived half an hour away!

It just wasn't throught through at all and that's what makes me cross when I think of the money paid, I expected the service to be better than that.
