Got to the Abbey Heath hospital at 7h30 yesterday morning.

Whilst sat in the waiting room I met a lovely woman who had had hers done the day before by Mr Khan - 800cc and 850cc! They did look amazingly good, I have to say, but still.... the weight! There she was in full make-up, high heels and dolled up the nines. Fair play to her at 7h30. Anyway we chatted for a bit till she went off to catch her transport.

I also met a lovely girl called Joanne about 19, who had driven for 2 1/2 hours with her boyfriend Nick (don't know if you post on here, Joanne, but if you do - Hi and I hope you're feeling well).

Waited around till about 8h30 when the nurse took me upstairs and showed me bed, and my beautiful blue gown and white stockings.I was really tired as I'd only had about four hours sleep.

Mt Chantarasak came in and drew all over me in blue pen and took a couple of photos. We discussed my asymmetry again and it was decided that we would put 340cc in the left and 380cc in the Right (I wanted a full C cup at the very least). And it would definitely be under the muscle.

Finally went into theatre about 10h45 and met my lovely anaesthetist for the second time. I was asleep about a minute and a half later.

Woke as I was being wheeled back to my room after having been in recovery. Got back about 12h15. I was quite stiff and sore but nothing unbearable. Anyway shortly afterwards the nurse gave me some Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant and the tell you try not to tense up your chest muscles. The Robaxin gives you a very pleasant woozy feeling and makes you quite sleepy.

A couple of hours later I overheard the nurse telling Joanne (who had just been wheeled back in) that her notes were on the table behind her if she wanted to look at them... so I looked for mine.

Imagine my surprise when I saw that Mr Chantarasak had put 300cc in the left and 380 in the right - and yet they looked even to me (they peel the stickers of the implant box and paste them into a book for you to take him for quality purposes so that if anything goes wrong you can trace by batch number)

However, I noticed that there was another sticker underneath the 300cc one, so I peeled it back and saw the 340cc one there. Obviously Mr C must have put the 380 in my right and the 340 in my left but the difference was still far too noticeable, so he's downsized the left to 300 and I have to say they do look far more even - in fact, my left boob is still a teensy weensy bit bigger, probably another 20cc or so.

Anyway, my boobs are riding very high under the muscle, which I knew would happen as the muscle is all tensed up.

Mr Chatarasak came up about 5pm and said we could go home. He explained to me why he had dropped the size of the impant (as I had guessed above).

I must admit, I don't think I'm a full C cup at the moment. I've just roughly measured myself and I seem to be coming out as a full B. If that's the case then I'm a little annoyed because if the discrepancy in my boobs was that big that he needed to use a 2-size difference implant, then I would rather he had stuck to using the 340 in my Left boob and put a 410 in my right, if you see what I mean, because when i was testing everything out, I was measuring on my Left boob and that was the size I wanted to be.

Anyway, I'm home and feeling pretty good. A little despondent that my boobs aren't quite as big as thought they were going to be but I guess it's early days yet, and I should be patient. The boyfriend thinks they are a lovely size. Bless him, he's been wonderful. Took a day off work, which costs him a fortune as it's a day's pay lost, went shopping and bought all sorts of stuff, then came up and sat with me in the afternoon and then cooked me a lovely meal when we got home.

Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Lisax4 - where were you, honey? I guess in one of the other rooms - and I didn't really want to go wandering around.

Great story! Don't worry about your size as they will get bigger as muscle relaxes. I was in a 32D sports bra post op, now 32F! I had 475's though!
