I was thinking about this current "debate" re PIP implants - does anyone know what Elyzea (or for that matter, any other place in Europe) prefer to use?

From what I gather quite a few UK companies seem to be using the PIP implants, surely therefore they can't be that bad. It certainly wouldn't be in their interest to use an 'inferior' product that would mean a possible re-op at their cost - would it?

I think (and this is my personal opinion) that most research available seems to be US based and because PIP (and one or two others) are of European manufature there isn't enough material for the US authors.
