i'm from scotland, what kind of thing do you enjoy doing? There are more than enough castles to enjoy if you like them. You should also visit Glasgow but again it depends on if your a shopper or museum goer to advise on what to visit.

you should go to dumfries, its lovely there, and visit the smallest hotel, if its still there! ive not been for quite a few years but i have to say i loved it!
